Honey

Coconut Oil + Cinnamon Hair Mask (Hair Growth)

In the previous mask recipe, we mentioned Coconut Oil and it will appear in most types of hair mask recipes due to its abilities to deeply hydrate and moisturize hair.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon can act as an antimicrobial and aid in the hair growth, dandruff as well hair loss and also strengthens hair follicle too. When used on the hair, cinnamon enhances blood flow to your scalp, getting the hair follicles enhanced blood flow and hence stimulated to grow hair. Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
- Combining these two components together in a basin and ensure the combination is proper.
- Comb your hair in the middle and start applying the mixture down the middle and the scalp.
- Circulate the product around your head with your fingertips gently rubbing the product on to your scalp. *Bonus Head Massage*
- Wash your hair and put your hairs in plaited buns, or use a shower cap or towel.
- Leave this mask for 30-45 minutes and wash off with your even shampoo and conditioner.
This mask is best or most effective when done one a week.
Egg + Lemon Hair Mask (Oily Hair)
Eggs
The vitamins –A, D and E, protein and fatty acid, presence in the eggs aid in maintaining luster and shine in the hair. Since our hair is mostly composed of protein, such a boost to the hair always leaves it feeling replenished. Besides, it tastes delicious when cooked to an omelette – and it’s a great natural conditioner, too!
Lemons
Among the two ingredients, lemon is preferable to them with oily hair because lemon has the capability to pull out excess oil and greasy deposition in the hair scalp. Lemon contains vitamin C which makes hair strong and because of its acidic nature it will remove all dirty products and dusts deposited on hair. Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ½ lemon
Directions:
- Empty one egg and do it perfect, you will need only egg white.
- Pour one half of a lemon on one side of the mixing bowl.
- Beat the egg white well and combine with lemon juice and mix it well until it turns into paste.
- Best used on wet hair from the root part of the head to the tips of the hair.
- Ponytail and put on a shower cap
- This mask should remain on the hair for 30-45 minutes and then washed with shampoo and conditioner.
Coconut Oil, Avocado + Honey Hair Mask (Damaged Hair)

- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil

- Bash avocado and scoop the mashed avocado into the mixing bowl.
- To the avocado mixture mix in eggs and honey and then add oil.
- Work it from the tip of your hair to the roots of your hair.
- Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse.
